Brave Through IVF – Terms & Conditions of Participation

By purchasing and enrolling in Brave Through IVF, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Program Overview

   Brave Through IVF is a six-month coaching and support program that includes:

   • Access to self-guided modules and digital resources
   • Weekly live group coaching calls hosted by Sheila Vijeyarasa and co-facilitators with lived IVF experience and professional expertise
   • Access to a private Facebook support community

   This program is designed to provide education, mindset support, and emotional tools to complement your fertility journey. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice.

2. Personal Responsibility

   You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

   You agree that:

   • You are emotionally capable of participating in a group support setting
   • You take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results that arise from the program
   • You understand this is a peer and coaching support space—not a clinical service or medical treatment program

3. Emotional Well-being Disclaimer

   This program involves discussions of sensitive and potentially triggering topics, including IVF failure, loss, grief, and fertility challenges. You agree to:

   • Participate at your own emotional discretion
   • Seek outside professional mental health support if needed
   • Notify the Brave Through IVF team if you feel unsafe or distressed during your experience

4. Medical Disclaimer

   No part of this program constitutes medical advice. The information provided in the modules, calls, or by any facilitators is for educational and emotional support only.

   Please consult with your fertility specialist, GP, psychologist, or other qualified professional for medical guidance.

5. Group Call Participation

   Weekly group coaching calls are facilitated by Sheila Vijeyarasa and her team of trained experts and co-facilitators. These calls may include emotional coaching, group sharing, mindset practices, and Q&A.

   • All calls are recorded and made available for replay within the course platform
   • By attending, you consent to being recorded (you may keep your camera off or remain silent)
   • Recordings are for participant use only and may not be downloaded, distributed, or reused in any form

6. Facebook Community

   You will be invited to join a private, moderated Facebook group to connect with other participants and receive additional support.

   By participating, you agree to:

   • Maintain a respectful, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment
   • Refrain from giving unsolicited medical advice or personal criticism
   • Respect the confidentiality and vulnerability of others
   • Understand that your membership may be removed for violating community guidelines

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

   We are committed to maintaining a safe and confidential space for all participants.

   You agree not to:

   • Share other participants’ personal stories or identities outside of the program
   • Screenshot, record, or reuse any materials shared by other members

   We collect and store your personal information in accordance with relevant Australian privacy laws. Your data will not be shared or sold.

8. Payment Terms

   The total program fee is $4,750 AUD. Payment plans are available. By enrolling, you agree to:

   • Complete the full payment commitment regardless of whether you complete the program
   • No refunds will be issued once the program begins
   • Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to program resources and calls

9. Intellectual Property

   All course content—including videos, documents, recorded calls, and resources—remains the intellectual property of Sheila Vijeyarasa and may not be copied, shared, repurposed, or distributed outside the program.

10. Limitation of Liability

    By enrolling, you release and discharge Sheila Vijeyarasa, her co-facilitators, and team from all liability relating to your participation, including:

    • Emotional impact
    • Personal or financial decisions
    • Outcomes of your fertility or medical treatment journey

    You accept full responsibility for your participation and acknowledge the program is offered in good faith for educational and emotional support only.

11. Program Modifications and Right to Update Terms

    We reserve the right to:

    • Modify program content, structure, or scheduling as needed
    • Update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided via email or program platform

12. Agreement to Terms

    By ticking the checkbox at checkout, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You enter into a legally binding agreement with Sheila Vijeyarasa and Brave Through IVF.
