By engaging in a service with Sheila Vijeyarasa, you understand that she does not diagnose illnesses or make any guarantees of wellness after sessions.  Spiritual sessions are intended to support individuals as they transition through the different stages of their lives.

Sheila Vijeyarasa is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the psychic reading.

All client information and discussions will be held strictly confidential and will not be disclosed.

I certify that my participation in this session is of my own free will and I accept complete responsibility for my well-being at all times.  I further certify that I am a healthy individual and that I am physically and psychologically fit to fully participate in this session, and I know of no reason, nor have I been informed by my physician or psychologist (if relevant) of any reason why my participation in this session would do me harm of any nature.  

I agree not to voice record my session and agree to release and hold harmless Sheila Vijeyarasa, for the results of any portion of the session, in which I voluntarily participate.  If this does not accurately reflect my situation I agree that I will notify Sheila Vijeyarasa and will not proceed with the session.

I understand that during this session emotional issues may be raised for discussion. Sheila Vijeyarasa is intended to provide a spiritual therapeutic environment, but is not a substitute for ongoing professional counselling or psychotherapy.  I understand that any unresolved issues which may surface as a result of my session and which may warrant counselling, or other forms of professional advice, will obviously be at my expense.

I understand that the use of Sheila Vijeyarasa for reading/healing is merely for spiritual insight and is not intended to be regarded as professional judgment or advice.
