These are terms and conditions included that are relevant and pertinent solely to the services offered by Sheila Vijeyarasa online and/or in person.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

PAYMENTS

Payment - Online

We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe and Direct Deposit.

Direct Deposit

If you can only make a direct deposit, please email [email protected] to receive banking information.

Currency

All prices quoted on this site are in Australian Dollars from within Australia. Once you have a billing address in the online store it will convert to your country of origin currency.

GST

All prices quoted on this site are exclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Psychic and Mediumship Sessions

Refund for an individual intuitive session service offered by Sheila Vijeyarasa will only be available if more than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is provide.

Online Masterclasses

Refund for an online masterclass course will be provided if the course has not begun. Once the course start date has commenced a refund will not be provided.

The New Way™

There is no exchange policy or refund available for fees payable in relation to The New Way™(Programme) connected to https://www.sheilavijeyarasa.com/ website, all fees are payable for the programme are outlined specific to the Client within the (digital) Workshop Participant Agreement. Once the client has signed the agreement, it is binding.

Sheila Vijeyarasa as the Mentor/Teacher is committed to providing all clients in the Programme with a positive Programme experience. By signing Workshop Participant Agreement, you as the client agree that the mentor may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend or terminate client participation in the Programme without a refund or forgiveness of payments if the client becomes disruptive or in violation of the terms. If the Client decides to withdraw from the programme, no refunds will be issued and any outstanding balance owing on the programme fee is due within 7 days of exit.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of either Party, including without limitation acts of God, war curtailment or interruption of transformation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, State Department travel advisory, labour strike or civil disturbance, make it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible, either because of unreasonable increased costs or risk of injury, for either Party to perform its obligations under this Agreement, the affected Party's performance shall be extended without liability for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute is not resolved first by good-faith negotiation between the Parties to this Agreement, every controversy or dispute to this Agreement will be submitted to the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). The arbitration shall occur within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial arbitration demand and shall take place in New South Wales, Australia. The Parties shall cooperate in exchanging and expediting discovery as part of the arbitration process and shall cooperate with each other to ensure that the arbitration process is completed within the ninety (90) day period. The written decision of the arbitrators (which will provide for the payment of costs, including solicitor’s fees) will be absolutely binding and conclusive and not subject to judicial review and may be entered and enforced I any court or proper jurisdiction, either as a judgement of law or decree in equity, as circumstances may indicate.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia, regardless of the conflict of laws principles thereof.
